How this season works

Public votes help show traction, but judging remains the strongest signal in the final result.

Judges Score

Judges evaluate the business idea, plan, readiness, and potential impact.

Integrity Checks

Public voting is tracked by device and suspicious devices can be blocked by admins.

Selection criteria

Builders are selected for the next stage based on the strength of the application, judge review, and readiness to use the opportunity well. Public votes help show traction, but they do not replace the quality of the business case.

Clear opportunity

The business idea is easy to understand, solves a real problem, and fits the selected category.

Customers and demand

The Builder can explain who will buy, use, or benefit from the product or service.

Practical business model

The plan shows how the business can operate, earn income, manage costs, and grow responsibly.

Community impact

The application explains how the business can improve lives, serve the community, or create jobs.

Use of capital

The MK3 million plan is specific, realistic, and connected to equipment, stock, marketing, or growth needs.

Commitment and readiness

The Builder shows effort already made, understands the biggest challenge, and is ready to pitch or demonstrate.

Shortlisting note: idea-stage applicants do not need formal registrations or sales records to be considered. Existing businesses can strengthen their application with evidence such as photos, sales records, registrations, product samples, or customer proof.
